Mumbai Pickleball Cup

The Mumbai Pickleball Cup S2 takes place on 27 September 2026, 4:00 PM onwards, at Stratum Play, Malad West in Mumbai.

Entry is ₹1,200 per entry at the Early Bird price, up to and including 18 September 2026, and ₹1,500 per entry after that. It is the same fee in every category, and in the doubles categories it covers both players. Each entry plays one category: Singles, Doubles or Mixed Doubles.

Early Bird entry is ₹1,200 per entry and runs until the end of 18 September 2026. From then on the standard fee of ₹1,500 applies, so entering early saves you ₹300.

There are three categories: Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles, with 16 entries in each. Singles is one player on your own, Doubles is any pair, and Mixed Doubles teams must have one man and one woman. Entry costs the same whichever you pick, and you can enter more than one category.

There is a ₹30,000 prize pool for the Mumbai Pickleball Cup S2, shared across Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles, plus trophies for the winners and runners-up in each category.

The Mumbai Pickleball Cup S2 is a league tournament. 16 entries in each category are drawn into 4 groups of 4. Every entry plays the other 3 in its group, and the top 2 from each group qualify for the quarter-finals, followed by the semi-finals and the final.

Every entry is guaranteed at least 3 matches, one against each of the others in its group. Whoever finishes in the top 2 of their group plays the quarter-finals and beyond.

The two stages are scored differently. A group match is a single game to 15 points, won by whoever gets there first, so 15-14 takes it. From the knockout rounds on, a match is best of 3 games to 11, and each game must be won by 2 clear points, so the first to win 2 games goes through. Both use rally scoring: a point is scored on every rally regardless of who served.

No. The Mumbai Pickleball Cup is a monthly league. Every match you win earns points, those points build up across the season, and the teams at the top of the table qualify for the Champions Cup.

Only for Doubles and Mixed Doubles. If you don't have a partner, enter the Singles category and play on your own.

No. The Cup welcomes players of all levels, from social players to competitive ones. Come on your own or bring a partner.
